MOORS maintained their top half of the table billing in the Blue Square Bet North after Adam Cunnington’s clinical brace of goals put paid to Celtic.
The Solihull side were left hanging on after the opening exchanges, but still took lead when Henry Eze headed home from Ryan Beswick’s corner.
Celtic were back on level terms within two minutes when Tim Ryan slotted home from the penalty spot after Dominic Langdon had been penalised.
Cunnington then restored Moors lead before half time.
The second half saw Moors goalkeeper Jaz Singh pull off a string of excellent saves before Cunnington sealed the points four minutes from time when thumping home from an Eze cross.
Moors turn their attentions to the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round this Saturday when they entertain Kidsgrove Athletic of the Evo-Stik League Division One South at Damson Park.
Moors manager Bob Faulkner is expected to stick with the same side that defeated Stalybridge Celtic.
