A new driving range - including a ‘floating’ hole-in-one - has been installed at the NEC in Solihull.
Budding golfers can now practice their swing following the installation of 25 bays at the site.
Officially opened by golfing legend Tony Jacklin, the driving range was installed by Clevertee Golf and is set adjacent to the NEC’s main entrance.
Kathryn James, managing director of the NEC, said that the range was one step in bringing the complex closer to its ideal of becoming a “24-hour, total entertainment experience.”
John Brown, of Cleverteegolf, added: “We are extremely delighted to have been involved with this most unique and exciting project from the very start right through to its launch.
“We are already drawing up plans for further enhancement of the facility and we hope to make an announcement regarding these in the very near future.”
