Award winners on the night included Bob Danter, the 3rd XI captain and under 17 team manager for a good number of years who at the end of the season retired from the post.

He went out in grand style taking a hat-trick to win the game against Oakfield. He won the ‘Cyril Williams’ Clubman of the Year award.

Charlie Suthons at 16 wins the 4th XI player of the year for being the leading wicket taker and leading fielder as well as scoring with the bat.

Dougie also presented the club with a rare signed Namibia shirt from when he was their world cup coach.
