KNOWLE and Dorridge cricket club suffered a severe outbreak of ‘Coli’ this week.
It arose during the Second XI victory over Stratford which Knowle and Dorridge won by seven wickets.
Stratford were skittled out for 105 where the Coley brothers proved well to the fore.
Ben Coley claimed figures of five for 30, while Neil Coley captured four for 27.
Knowle and Dorridge then knocked off the required runs reaching a winning 106 for three.
As a result, Ben Coley, who appears to have shaken off the effects of a groin problem, has forced his way back into the First XI were he will replace Warwickshire’s Andy Miller for the visit of Wellington tomorrow.
