SCORES of Solihull girls are looking forward to a sizzling summer netball camp thanks to the National Lottery’s Awards for All scheme.

Former England player, Kathryn Titmuss, is leading Elmdon Netball Club’s five-day camp for 10 to 16-year-olds at Lode Heath School from August 17.

Elmdon’s youth section organiser, Alice Davey said: “Our recent National Lottery award means we can offer a whole week of activity with top class coaching for a fraction of the typical rate. This should help cash-strapped families in the current economic crisis.”

The camp runs from 10.00am to 3.00pm – or 9.00am to 4.00pm – and is priced at £35 for the week.

Meanwhile the netball club is recruiting new players for under-11 teams as well as its senior sides.
