THE Jaguar and Landrover Golf Society are holding an end of season open day in aid of charity on October 2.

The event, which will take place at the prestigious Kings Course at The Warwickshire, will be in aid of Macmillan cancer support.

This year 34 teams have already entered and the day will begin with a putting competition sponsored by Devil Putters, followed by an 18-hole Texas scramble event.

All the holes also have individual prizes, which have been donated by local golf retailers such as Robin Hood Golf Centre, American Golf, Terry Matthew, Robert Bennett’s and John Reay’s.

In the evening there will be a two- course meal followed by a charity raffle, with a range of golfing prizes for the winners, and then a charity auction.

If you would like to donate a prize or take part (places are limited), contact chairman Tony Screti on 07702756819 or tonyscreti@aol.com.
