BEES maybe facing Bedford Blues tonight, but all eyes are already on the relegation play offs in one month’s time.
Without looking too far into the crystal ball it seems likely that the Damson Park outfit will come away empty handed from Goldington Road and Worcester at home next Saturday. In between of course there are a couple of British and Irish Cup fixtures to deal with too.
It means that Bees management will be busy fashioning the Great Escape Part II when the play offs kick off over the weekend of March 11-13.
This time all the relegation likelies look beatable, although Plymouth Albion are pushing Bristol hard for the last place on the lifeboat.
Meanwhile last week Bees and Bristol played out a highly competitive match which saw Bristol claim revenge over Bees with a pulsating 16 - 26 win.
