CAMP Hill Chargers, Solihull and Birmingham’s premier Women’s Rugby Club, are putting on a free Taster Day this Saturday, July 21 at their home Haslucks Green Road ground, situated just off the Stratford Road in Shirley.

With qualified and CRB checked coaches on hand to provide an introduction to the sport for girls and ladies - including ball handling, kicking, passing and tackling - they’ll be plenty of opportunity to give rugby a go and to meet some of the senior Chargers’ players for hints, tips, questions and answers too.

Accommodating all ages, why not come and check out this social, fun and fitness oriented team game?

Please bring clothing to suit the weather, warm and waterproof where possible; footwear should be flat and sturdy, football boots are ideal.

The Taster Day kicks off at 10.30am and precedes a fund raising touch rugby tournament also being held at the club from noon onwards.

For more information on arrival ask for Alice, Liv or Claire.
