ON Friday July 8 around 8pm a lady knocked on our door holding our cat's collar (with our address on) saying he had ran in front of her car and she had hit him but he then ran away. AS a democrat I am very concerned that it would appear the NHS West Midlands has made a decision on behalf of Solihull Care Trust that there should be procurement of a 'Polyclinic' in Solihull. There does not appear to be a business plan or needs assessment for this action. Read
