A CHANCE meeting on a train could have chilling results in the new play from Hall Green Little Theatre.
Strangers on a Train is a thriller, originally written by Patricia Highsmith. It centres on two complete strangers, Guy and Bruno, who meet on an ordinary train journey.
Both men have suffered at the hands of others - Guy is desperate to divorce his unfaithful wife and Bruno loathes his father.
They strike up a conversation and Bruno suggests the perfect solution to their problems - they should enter into a murderous contract.
The story was adapted for the big screen by the legendary Alfred Hitchcock and has also enjoyed a successful time in theatres.
This latest production is directed by Edwards James Stokes.
Stangers on a Train will be on from January 29-February 6. Tickets are available from 0121 707 1874 or online at www.hglt.org.uk.
