A HOST of top comedians will be performing at this year’s Birmingham Comedy Festival.
Michael McIntyre will be topping the bill - with three consecutive nights at the NIA.
A festival spokesman said: “Michael’s brilliantly engaging delivery and effortless rapport with the audience has led to him being hailed, by audiences and critics alike, as the best new stand-up to emerge for years.”
Rob Brydon, of Gavin and Stacey fame, and American funnyman Rich Hall are among the other big names appearing.
Since its beginning in 2001, the festival has attracted some of the biggest comics around. Peter Kay was among those to perform in the debut year.
