FINE weather is forecast for one of the highlights of the Solihull summer - an open-air performance of Shakespeare’s As You Like It in Brueton Park.

The prediction, from the Met Office, means that conditions will be perfect for one of the Bard’s wittiest and best-known comedies this Tuesday, June 23.

Packed with humour, wordplay, entangled love affairs, melancholy and optimism - and all set in a charming, pastoral environment - it’s ideal for outdoor theatre.

Performed by Heartbreak Productions, it promises to be a wonderful evening.

The production is presented as part of the Rotary festival, marking the 100th Rotary Internation Convention at the NEC.

Tickets are £9/£8 for concessions in advance available from the box office on 0121 704 6962 or £11/£10 on the night. The running time 2hours 30 minutes and the Warwick Road arena opens at 6.30pm with curtain up at 7.30pm.
