GLASWEGIAN broadcaster, writer, cook and entertainer Hardeep Singh Kohli is “having a really good time” touring his acclaimed 2009 Edinburgh Fringe Festival show, The Nearly Naked Chef, writes Adam J Endsor.

The foodie, who told the Solihull News how he gained his love of food “shortly after I started eating”, has been touring since late June, and is looking forward to returning to the Midlands next month after a great gig in Wolverhampton.

The show combines funny anecdotes, “lots of banter” and of course cooking - which lucky audience members will be able to try for themselves.

BBC trained journalist Hardeep will be returning to our screens in the autumn with former The One Show colleagues Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley on ITV’s GMTV replacement Daybreak.
